Burton adopted

This is Burton. Burton was found west of Bakersfield running loose around the oil fields. Two awesome guys from MultiChem, Ray and Steve, befriended him and gave him food and water. He kept coming back to them and they fed him until they finally were able to catch him. They wanted Marley’s Mutts to find him a good home instead of going through the shelters. He was taken to San Joaquin Vet Hospital by Ray where he was treated royally. Steve foot the bill for Burton’s bath, nail trimming, teeth cleaning, and flea and parasite treatments, and health check. He is also going to take care of the neutering costs. What a wonderful gesture! Burton is an 8 month old male shepherd mix puppy. He is a little skittish at first but warms up very quickly and is a very happy, smart, playful dog. He gets along well with other dogs and is learning that chasing cats is not a good idea. He is house broken and knows basic commands. He always looks like he’s smiling! Thanks to Ray and Steve someone is going to get a very smart, loving, and very loyal dog.
