URGENT!!!! Parker is CRITICAL!!! Parker has serious injuries caused by Road Rash. The vets best guess is he was tied behind a car and drug. He is only 14 weeks old but already has been through so much. 50% of his skin was removed and he is in critical condition. We are transfering him to VCA West Los Angeles hospital right now and need your help! DONATE and help us save Parker’s life!!!!
